Do you...Richard, I only know what's in The Journal. Do you subscribe? Seems they not only defrocked poor Dan, they booted him out of the church.

Regarding the graphic, you really had me puzzled - there's no graphic on otagosh. I finally worked out that you might be referring to the arrow design that goes with this blogspot format. If so, it simply follows on from the rest of the design. That's a downwards arrow!

Hey, I thought it looked good. :-)Gavinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03060097218905523899noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28426681.post-1152071905919170732006-07-05T15:58:00.000+12:002006-07-05T15:58:00.000+12:00The disfellowshipping on Dan Cafourek has NOT been...The disfellowshipping on Dan Cafourek has NOT been announced in my UCG congregation. Can you tell me more about it?

P.S. Nothing to do with this post -- but does the right side of your home page show an upside-down cross on purpose? :--ORichardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11058030312904622191noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28426681.post-1152021414723443272006-07-05T01:56:00.000+12:002006-07-05T01:56:00.000+12:00I agree with your assessment of Dixon's profession...I agree with your assessment of Dixon's professionalism. He is a good man, a fair man, a reasonable man.

I left CGI's employ about three years ago and done turned Catholic. Dixon and I exchanged a couple of private emails afterward, and, while he did express his personal beliefs, he respected me and my decision. I've always liked him -- even when I was a gullible "Ted-ophile" in the 1990s.

I can't say I am now a fan of The Journal (it's hard for me to stomach too much of its content in one sitting), but I know it ably serves Dixon's readership. And it indeed fulfills the purpose of a "journal," reflecting the life and times of its subject.DChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12287312864943887802noreply@blogger.com
